The Residential Curved profiles have been designed specifically to suit for the customers in domestic roller shutter market in Australia. The profile is roll formed in OZROLL manufacturing facility in Adelaide to the highest of world standards using German built roll forming machines which are the most advanced of their type. The Residential Curved profile is a double walled cavity with PU foam injected during the roll forming process. This process provides strength and insulation qualities while maintaining exceptional working performance of the profile. By making the profile in curved shaped, its provide optimal lateral strength and the reduces the size of the head box. These profiles are available in three different types, the 400 series which has lines on the back side of the profile, the 401 series has a smooth finish on both sides and the 402 series profile has lines on both sides & is very popular with customers.

Extruded profile or Sentry Fireshield
The Extruded profile is specifically designed for commercial purpose and for fire prone areas. The profile is of premium strength & is of BAL 40 rated fire shutters and is made to be used in the fire prone area. The Sentry Fireshield has superior strength offering increased security and performance.
The overall profile appearance is clean and stylish & is available in several long lasting and fade resistant colours. It can also be powder coated in a colour of your choice. In the hot or burning sparks entering the home during a bushfire is a major factor in the ignition of the building itself. The Sentry Fireshield Roller Shutters have been credited with saving homes from burning to the ground when other surrounding properties were not so fortunate.
This profile has been extensively tested by the CSIRO under severe bushfire simulated conditions and proved to be able to withstand a maximum radiant heat exposure of 40kw/m2 after 60 minutes. Throughout the testing the Sentry Shutter has received a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) of 40, it was observed that no ignition or flaming went through the Sentry Fireshield shutters.
