Terms & Conditions for Supply & Installation of Roller shutters and accepting the Online Quotation
- The Online prices are estimated prices only. Installation of Roller Shutters cost may vary, depending upon the construction of your home like Double storey house and Corner windows, bay windows.
- Warranty voids if tempered with Roller Shutters installed by us. Also The Warranty of the Roller Shutters installed by us, is not transferable in case the house is sold.
- Free Quote in Melbourne Metro area only. There is a call out fees of $50 for giving out quotation in the outer Metro Area and Country Side But if you decide to place the order with us, we will adjust the call out fees in the Final Price.
- The prices above are exclusive of GST.

- All the measurements used to calculate the prices of Roller Shutter(s) above are in millimetres (mm).
- The online quote is for domestic customers only.

- All Commercial Roller Shutters installed by us will have 2 years limited warranty on installation work and all the Remote Control motors installed will have 1 year warranty.
- All Roller Shutters (All Operations), Security Doors, Grilles remains the property of Roller Shutters R US until the Whole Payment has been made.
- All the Security Doors installed by us caries manufacturer Warranty of 1 year only under normal wear & Tear.
- Payments must be made on the completion of the work or if any other arrangements made prior to installation of the Roller Shutters.

Warranty
- Warranty on all installations is for Ten (10) years from the date of final installation.
- Warranty on all motors is for Ten (10) years from the date of final installation and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Warranty on security doors is for One (1) year from the date of final installation and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Warranty on Roller Shutter Profile is 10 (ten) years from the date of final installation and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Any type of Physical damage is not included in the Warranty.
- Security springs are not included in the Warranty.
- Any type of tempering with the Roller Shutters or accessories will void Warranty.
Maintenance
- The Customer is responsible for the routine maintenance of the Products to ensure their longevity and proper functioning.
- The Company offers maintenance services at an additional cost.
